How can I buy credit packages?
Credits may be purchased either using your credit card or PayPal. After you check out, your credits will be automatically added to your account balance, which you can view at the top right of the screen.

Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
Can I transfer or withdraw my credits?
No, the credits cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
Can I get a partial refund for credits that I do not use?
