Knowledge Base is a collection of guides to some common issues faced by sellers and buyers. You also can find the instructions on how to use MakiPlace tools here. The Knowledge Base is categorized into main parts as follows:
- Customers: This part presents solutions to any customer-related issues, from purchasing a digital item, downloading item, to getting promo code or invoices.
- Shop Owners: Shop owners on MakiPlace can find lots of useful guides here, from shop management, listings, to marketing & promotions.
- Account: This is where you will find the answers for most of the issues on your accounts like changing the password or some account information.
